The exact price of any move we perform is going to be based on a number of factors including how far things need to be moved, how large your home or business is, and how long it takes. It will also depend on how many movers you need to get the job done. Packing & Unpacking Services

The packing and unpacking services will be charged based on the hourly rate for our moving professionals, plus any cost of moving supplies that are used. If you are having us perform a move for you, and choose to pack up all your own belongings, there will be no additional charge. For those who want to do their own packing and unpacking, we also offer the option to buy moving supplies such as boxes, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, furniture cloths, and more. Delivery of all shipping supplies is $30 if you are within 20 miles of our offices.

General Labor Charges Per Man

One of the best ways to get an estimate for how much your move will cost is to estimate how long it will take for our movers to complete the work. We charge a set amount per hour based on the time of day and day of the week that the move is taking place. The following prices are set per man, per hour.

• Regular Hours (8AM-7PM, Monday – Saturday) - $30 Per hour
• Overtime Hours (7PM-8AM, Monday – Saturday) - $40 Per Hour
• Sunday & Holiday Hours - $50 Per Hour

Travel Charges

Any driving that is required for your move will be charged based on how many miles, which is then converted to the hourly rate. For example:

• 3 to 10 miles is charged at .5 hours.
• 11 to 20 miles is charged at 1 hour.
• 21-30 miles is charged at 1.5 hours.
• 31 to 50 miles is charged at 2.5 hours.

Any travel over 100 miles is charged at a rate of .5 hours for each 20 miles.

If you choose to pay with a Visa or MasterCard, there is a 2% service fee. If you choose to pay with either Discover or American Express, there is a 5% service fee.

Deposit and Refund Policy

We require a 20% deposit based on the total estimated charge for the move. This deposit must be made on the day the estimate is given, unless other arrangements are made. The total deposit amount is applied toward the total charges for the move. To get a refund for this deposit, the move must be canceled seven or more days prior to the scheduled move.
